The Client came to us wanting help to redesign and redevelop his recently purchased two bedroom property. The Client was keen to retain the character and quirky nature of the property as well as creating more usable space and storage, something that was lacking in the original layout/design.
We redesigned the floor space to maximise the use of natural light, to create more usable floor space and to create valuable storage. By using genuine reclaimed materials such as antique Oak beams and light fixtures and combining these with modern fixtures and fittings like the bespoke handleless kitchen, concealed LED lighting and under-floor heating we were able to both retain and enhance the character of the property and create an up to date comfortable and convenient living space.

The Client came to us wanting help to refurbish this two bedroom property on the Limehouse Marina. The property had suffered from water damage and the Client wanted to reinstate the property with an improved specification and a sleek contemporary interior so the property would compare favourably with high specification new build properties in the local area.
Working within the existing layout we specified, supplied and installed very high quality wood flooring, LED down-lighting, a new hot water system, a full redecoration and a new ensuite bathroom.

The Client came to us wanting to refurbish this one bedroom property. The property had been let for several years and was looking dated and worn in comparison to the new build higher specification properties in the local area. The Client wanted to update the décor and improve the specification of the property and had a preference for a contemporary design scheme and high quality surface finishes.
Working within the existing layout we specified, supplied and installed very high quality wood flooring, a new LED lighting system - including concealed pelmet lighting, Silent Gliss blinds and a full redecoration including feature walls.
